The Service Delivery Model consists of five distinct phases encapsulated by a management structure.
SCOPING: Commence with a Management phase wherein the project is correctly scoped and documented from a quality and business requirements perspective.
THE ANALYSES: is where consultants investigate and gather information about our customer’s requirements and environment. At the conclusion of this phase a recommended solution approach is presented. The blending of the end of the Analyse phase and the start of the Design phase reflects the focus towards a total solution.
DESIGN: Following the acceptance of a preferred solution the Design phase is where the option is fleshed out into a total solution. The fact that most Design phases conclude with a managed pilot (proof of concept) is reflected by the blending of the two phases.
THE DELIVERY: is where the project team rolls out the solution as defined in the Design phase.
SUPPORT: Following the successful Delivery of a solution, an ongoing Support phase is undertaken wherein the solution is supported to the client’s requirements.
